The client was not able to fill orders quickly enough on the shipping, end-of-line, side of their business. They were able to produce the product quickly enough to fill their orders, but had a growing backlog of orders that they just couldn’t keep up with shipping in a timely manner to meet their client’s expectations.

We determined that their end-of-line equipment was antiquated and not able to produce the type of speed in preparing product for shipment that their business demand required. We outfitted and supplied them with box case erectors, void-fill equipment, and in-line top & bottom tape sealers that were designed for primarily speed.
