This October marks the 25th anniversary for United Packaging, a business that started from owner Jeff Seidel’s parents’ basement outside of Philadelphia. Anyone who knows Jeff knows that to meet him is to love him. His kindness, mixed with entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic, sets forth a grand example of what the culture of this company is all about. United Packaging has come a long way since those basement days, but the values of the business remain. Here’s why.

That’s why we make sure that every member of the United Packaging team fits the culture that was started back in 1992, one that is deeply rooted in hard work, kindness, teamwork, fun, and positivism.
