Expanding is only the beginning.
For almost 26 years, United Packaging has been serving the Greater Philadelphia area, including New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut. We’ve been able to maintain good business relationships with companies outside of this territory, as well, and have always taken pride in our “no is never an answer” mentality. As such, the company continues to grow, and so does the demand for new territories, more partnerships, and easier access to our products.
That is why we are excited to announce we’re expanding our warehouse network, including locations in Atlanta and multiple in Texas.
These warehouses allow us to stock product throughout the country as needed to cut back on freight costs, as well as shorter lead times, for our clients. We can offer delivery as soon as next day or even same day in some cases when needed. It’s a lot faster, and we have more control over these shipments than ones in which we are not centered. The warehouses allow us to extend the same benefits from our stocking programs that we do at our Bristol office, like storing custom product, reducing client inventory levels on hand, and improving inventory turns.
Overall, we now have national capabilities at our clients’ benefit, and that is an important step in our progress as a company. Of course, we are still headquartered in Bristol, PA and there have been no changes to the way the office operates on a daily basis. We can only hope that time and hard work will bring even more growth for us as a company and for the companies which we serve.
