We helped a microbrewery preserve their brand and save valuable space and material costs with a new environmentally-friendly void fill.Talk to a Packaging Specialist
Our client was wrapping glasses and steins in bubble wrap, and then would ship in boxes to clients. The plastic/bubble did not represent their company well since they are an environmentally conscious company. The rest of their packaging and design consists of earthly tones and themes.
We moved the client to equipment that dispenses just the right amount of kraft paper used for cushioning their product. The product is kept safe, and the package presentation is much more consistent with their company values with regard to sustainability.
Two bonus benefits came from the effort as well: First, the large bundles of bubble wrap took up much more of the limited space they have in their facility than just the small boxed/bundles of paper do. Secondly, the transition also ended up saving the client roughly 15% on their hard material costs to pack the products.
